Our History

Hyperian Accounting Solution founded by Andy as a family business and began trading in 2005. Over the years since trading, the business has attracted a number of clients in the Upminster and sorrounding towns, mainly by referral from its existing clients.

Our objectives 

  • We aim to provide a friendly, professional and personal service to your accounting needs with a very compatitive fees.
  • Our objective is to 100 % complete each client's tasks within 30 days of receiving their complete / incomplete records                      
  • We will aim where possible to provide a fixed quotation to our clients for our standard accountancy services. If any additional work is to be completed during the year, e.g. management accounts, cash flows etc, then any amounts to be charged for these services will also be given in advance.
  • We aim to give our clients advice as and when they require it. As such, we will not charge any additional fees for any telephone calls  from our clients during the year.
  • We will always look to cut the costs of client's  business. This can be from continually looking for methods of reducing their tax burden to ensuring client's book-keeping is as efficient as possible to keep their accountancy fee as low as possible.

Our Team

Mr Andy C

Awarded with Master of Science in Accounting with Finance (MSc) and qualified as a Management Accountant , Accountant Technician and International Association of Bookkeepers, Andy has many years of hands on practical experience in handling self employed , small and medium size businesses.

Andy not only providing advice on financial matters such as how much trading profit , tax etc  but also advicing  non financial  factors or issues which are critical  to the business. This includes,

  • What is the strenthof the business, what are their weakness , what opportunities available to the business and what are the threats faced by the business
  • Who is your competitors , and how to measure their competitiveness with your business activity
  • Is your exisiting business making adequate profit to stay safty for the rest of the period?
  • Advice on product and customer profitability and ways to improve them
  • Advice on additional income  and cost saving options available to the business such as renting spare resources , lease versus buying assets etc
  • If client thinking of buying a new premises , then advising on financial and nonfinancial factors to be considered and their implications
  • Evaluating and analysing on various investment opportunities available to the client
  • Advice and assistance on set up and implementing the accounting softwares, create invoice , purchase orders & expense claim form.
  • Evaluating advertising and other material expenditures and advising whether its worthwhile
  • Evaluating existing and new projects in pipeline and setting up techniques to capture the cost and advising on how to allocate the costs to differest departments,division
  • Evaluating and advising on client internal controls and proceedures
  • If you are thinking about selling your businessess to external person, then evaluation and suggesting suitable valuation of the business.

Mrs Shiv Andy

Holder of advance business accounting and finance degree , Mrs Shiv Andy has been working as a finance manager for various city based small and medium size companies. During her tenure she assisted companies for setting up accounting systems,organising office administration and implementing accounting softwares. She has many years hands on practical experince in implementing Sage accounting package to small and medium size organisations and assist them for their smooth transition.

Mr Jay

Qualified as a Chartered Certified  Accountant Jay has several years of  experience gained from accountancy practices. 

He has hands on experience in planning and advising  tax matters to self employed, small, medium and partnership businesses.

Some of his specialised areas includes CIS returns, Corporation Tax, VAT analysing and Self Employment Tax Returns.
